PUB MEAL AND AGM

The Southern Cross Club will be holding its AGM at 7 pm on Friday 29 May. If you'd like to join us for a meal beforehand and meet other members, we have the room booked from 6 pm.

VENUE
Cafe Stefanshus, Stefansgade 22 in N?rrebro. Go to the left when you come in the door from the street, then proceed to the back room with billiards, there are two small rooms on the right hand side. We have booked the first one.


AFTER THE AGM
Socialise. The cafe is open until midnight.

We'd like to know if you're coming, but you are also welcome to just turn
up. You're welcome to send nominations for the committee. These and any
motions to be taken up at the AGM need to be received at
committee@southerncrossclub.dk on or before Friday 8 May. New committee members would be very welcome. If you don't have time for that, help to
organise an event would also be welcome. But come to the AGM anyway: you
don't have to commit yourself to anything. We'll just be glad to see you.

EMAIL VOTING
If by any chance you can't attend the AGM email voting is possible after the agenda is sent out (about 9 May). Casting your vote this way will help us achieve a quorum.

FACEBOOK
Please note that our Facebook group is just an informal group. Being a member of our Facebook group does not make you a member of the club. To vote at the AGM you need to be a club member. If you are not already a member, you can join by emailing us at committee@southerncrossclub.dk asking to join and telling us a little about yourself and what your connection with Australia and/or New Zealand is. Members also have access to posting on our website.
