The Southern Cross Club will be holding its AGM at 7 pm on Monday 28 April.

VENUE
Cafe Stefanshus, Stefansgade 22 in N?rrebro. If you go to the left when you
come in the door from the street, then proceed to the back room with
billiards, there are two small rooms on the right hand side. We have booked
the first one.

DINNER
The cafe serves fish and chips, burgers and snacks. Some of us are meeting
at 6 pm to eat there before the AGM. You are welcome to join us.

DRINKS
The club will provide one free drink for every member attending the AGM. You
need to buy further drinks at the cafe. You can't take your own with you.

AFTER THE AGM: Socialise. The cafe is open until midnight.

We'd like to know if you're coming, but you are also welcome to just turn
up. You're welcome to send nominations for the committee. These and any
motions to be taken up at the AGM need to be received at
committee@southerncrossclub.dk on or before Monday 7 April. New committee
members would be very welcome. If you don't have time for that, help to
organise an event would also be welcome. But come to the AGM anyway: you
don't have to commit yourself to anything. We'll just be glad to see you.
